- Within the UAE: For all orders placed with Maison Nélya within the UAE, shipping is complimentary. No shipping or delivery charges will be applied for orders within the UAE.
- International Orders: For orders outside the UAE, shipping or delivery charges will be applied. The exact cost of these charges may vary based on factors such as the order's total value, destination, and chosen shipping method, effective at the time of purchase. Please review your order summary at checkout for specific shipping charges.
Adjustments and Returns:
In the event that a customer requests adjustments, returns, or any changes to the order for reasons not attributed to an error or fault on our part:
- The customer is responsible for any associated fees, including but not limited to return shipping costs.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for revised item(s).
Customer-Requested Reshipment:
If a customer requests a reshipment to an alternative address or location for reasons unrelated to an error by Maison Nélya: The customer will be liable for any extra shipping fees incurred.
