Orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

At Maison Nelya, we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience across the UAE.

  • Ready-to-ship items are delivered within 72 hours.

  • Customized or made-to-order items require 15 to 21 days of processing before dispatch.

Orders are shipped via courier service.

Shipping fees:

  • AED 30 standard shipping across the UAE

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 300

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available within the UAE

  • An additional AED 15 COD service fee applies (standard practice in the fashion industry)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Domestic delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.


International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Orders are processed within 15 to 21 days (customized items included).

  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

  • International shipping transit time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Estimated total delivery time for international orders is 15–28 days, subject to customs clearance procedures.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.


Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched according to the product type:

  • Ready items: within 72 hours

  • Customized items: within 15–21 business days

Our working days are Saturday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.


Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made only before the order has been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is required.


Delayed Delivery

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support so we can investigate promptly.

Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery if possible and inform the courier.

  • If delivery was completed in your absence, contact us immediately with photos of the parcel.
